Speed approximately 120 mph, I am tried to overtake the car and felt a blow to the head...

Fork shaft won't come out
Replacing the fork seals on my bike and I can't get the shaft to come out. I've put the forks in a clamp and violently pulled to no avail. The other one came apart just fine. Any ideas? 08' CBR 600RR...
