Wobble steering wheel low speed - fight

There are many opinions about the defective tire. I decided to check the wheel runout. I know - it's not very professional to write it, but I gathered some information.
Rim +/- 0.2 mm
Tire edge +/- 0.6 mm
Tire front +/- 0.7mm
This is the average of several measurements.
My opinion - there is nothing wrong.
