Is my tranmission ruined?
The other day tried doing a clutchless downshift on my motorcycle so put a little pressure on the shifter and revved a little and did it successfully. No weird sounds or anything. Today tried doing it again but when was just putting pressure on the shifter without revving, it suddenly downshifted. (Again no weird sounds) So it got me curious and tried it again. With just pressure it downshifts. My bike has no quickshifter its a honda cbr1000rr. ls it f*cked?

The clutch takes the drive pressure off the input shaft to make it easier for the spline drive dogs to engage with a gear. As you discovered, as long as there isn't drive pressure on the gear, you can shift without the clutch. Some caution is warranted though, transmission work is expensive.
