Help with Electra Glide stock suspension

Oil is leaking from the stems. Oil is leaking out from both of these air suspension stems. I read a couple of forums that stated it is either normal or not normal. I can't figure out what the right answer is. I'm hoping someone on here has an experienced answer.

Somewhat normal. There's oil in the shocks & front forks. Under heavy or extended use it can work it's way to the valve stems. Nothing to really worry about seeing small amounts of oil there. Though since it is leaking, it's a indicator that the valve cores are loose or shot and need replacing.
