Help with Electra Glide stock suspension

Somewhat normal. There's oil in the shocks & front forks. Under heavy or extended use it can work it's way to the valve stems. Nothing to really worry about seeing small amounts of oil there. Though since it is leaking, it's a indicator that the valve cores are loose or shot and need replacing.
