Ducati 916 Concord Custom Bike by Impuls

The legendary Air Jordan XI Concord sneakers, designed by Tinker Hatfield, are an important part of everything that relates to basketball player Michael Jordan. It’s also the most popular model in the entire Air Jordan range.

Michael Jordan is a keen motorcyclist. He even had his own racing team.

The German custom shop Impuls, inspired by the Air Jordan XI Concord sneakers, built a very striking new custom motorcycle for the German retailer BSTN.

“Duki from BSTN approached us to build a motorcycle for the release of the Jordan XI Concord,” says Impuls leader Philipp Wulk.

Project specs:

• Ducati 916 - the donor bike (bought a 1995 model—the same year the XI Concord was first released)
• body kit: 3D scanned fairing, the front lights, followed by production on a 3D printer; then Matthias, Philipp’s assistant, started fabricating the metal parts: the rear frame, a base plate for the seat, and the exhaust tip
• lightweight frame with new mounting points
• Motogadget electronics
• Magura supplied HC3 radial master cylinders with adjustable levers
• reinforced ABM Steelflex lines
• custom airbox
• custom exhaust system with ceramic-coated manifolds
• Huawei Mate 20 + GPS + Motogadget Motoscope Pro device panel
• Rotobox RBX2 wheel with a Pirelli Rosso Corsa II tire at the front
• PVM 10-spoked alloy shod with a Pirelli Diablo slick at the back
• custom fuel tank
