Harley-Davidson MT350 to honour fallen troops

This Harley-Davidson MT350 tribute bike using as a moving memorial to honour UK troops killed in Afghanistan.

The bike, which was previously used by the British army in Afghanistan, has the name of each fallen serviceman or woman engraved onto the side, accompanied by their age and the date they died.

Made in honour of forces charity Afghan Heroes it was created by Paul Ferguson and Martin Turner.

The bike is named The Corporal Lee Scott (CLS) in honour of a soldier who was killed in an explosion in Afghanistan whilst serving with the Royal Tank Regiment on the 10th July 2009.

His mother, Denise Harris, founded Afghan Heroes in his memory, along with six other mothers who first met at their sons’ repatriations.

Since then the charity has helped soldiers and their families and has raised over £1 million for the cause.
