Preparing for a solo motorbike / camping trip from NL to the Baltic, mid August till early September

Netherlands - Germany - Poland - Lithuania - Latvia - Estonia - and back; ~ 7,000km

It is pretty flat, so probably not the most spectular place to ride a bike. But I have never been there and it is supposed to have incredible nature and wilderness - so let's go check it out.
