The exploit we’ll be analyzing today hails from Mario Fedele’s Augh Design – a reputed Italian enterprise that specializes in the meticulous art of motorcycle customization. A little while back, Fedele proceeded to unveil a genuine custom showstopper on his workshop’s Facebook profile. The project in question might just be the wildest bespoke Suzuki GSX1400 we’ve seen as of late!

Within its double cradle frame, the donor houses a monstrous DOHC inline-four leviathan that boasts sixteen valves and an astronomical displacement of no less than 1,402cc. This feral piece of twin-cooled machinery will be more than happy to deliver as much as 105 hp at approximately 6,800 rpm. On the other hand, the engine is fully capable of supplying up to 93 pound-feet (126 Nm) of brutal twist at 5,000 rpm.

A six-speed transmission is tasked with handing the mill’s oomph over to the rear 17-inch hoops via a chain final drive, leading to a generous top speed of 145 mph (233 kph). Furthermore, the GSX 1400 will run the quarter-mile in 11.4 seconds without breaking a sweat. Long story short, this bad boy isn’t messing around, alright?

For starters, Mario Fedele went about manufacturing a one-off subframe unit that supports a handsome leather saddle, as well as a fighter jet-style aluminum tail with integrated LED lighting. The following step consisted of fabricating a sexy gas tank, which hosts a pair of curvy knee dents and a CNC-machined filler cap.

The moto artist continued his alloy wizardry by crafting a fresh airbox, a new triple clamp, and a neat tray found beneath the seat pan, where the bike’s electrics are stored. Additionally, the front end was treated to a set of top-grade Paioli forks, while the stock wheels were discarded in favor of forged aluminum counterparts with Y-shaped spokes.

At the rear, we notice a single Ohlins TTX shock absorber that’ll handle suspension duties with ease. As soon as the entire thing has been rewired using a selection of modern items, Fedele moved on to the finishing touches, which consist of more LED lighting and a patch of tasty green paintwork on the gas tank.

To say that Augh Design’s Suzuki GSX1400 looks outlandish would be an understatement, wouldn't it?
