I would consider our efforts over the past ten years of taking unwanted mechanical ‘tat’ and resurrecting it into shiny, mobile old ‘tat’ qualifies us as restoration ‘veterans’ or at least ‘regulars’....

Pretty much what the title says. Add a fair amount of blasphemy to realign the pannier racks with the frame and top mounting rack....
