Sebspeed's 750 Slingshot (part 5)

Exhaust finished. Tidied up the mount tab, welded the can to the mid pipe, cleaned up the mid pipe and ran over the previous welds with the tig torch to dress them up.

Frame just about completed too, so much easier to make a nice weld when I can position the parts as I wish!

Last of the frame welding done, grinding tomorrow, then off to powder.

I lied... this is the last of the frame welding. Filled in a missing steering stop.

Inside of frame channeled for chain clearance.

Top triple prep for powder...
Filled in the zook emblem pocket.

Tacked the "riser risers" in place after drilling additional locator holes.

Well those tacks didn't work out how I wanted them to, so I welded the risers all around.
Next up, gauge mount. Went way over board, enjoy the pics.
