Frame is at powdercoat shop & small parts are off in the mail for powder too, came home and poured 2nd coat of resin on the heat shield.

Nipped the long reservoir hose and whipped up a carbon cup holder.

They liked my masking job, powder turned out great.

Reason #437 to own a Dremel...
cleaning threads.

Gave the frame a nice coat of wax and started assembly.

Then the small stuff came in.

Top triple matches bars now.

And I'm really glad I took the time to smooth out the lower triple casting marks and such, it turned out real nice!

Parts so black I can't get a good pic.

Headlight brackets touched up & waxed before assembly.

Subbie back on.

Headlight mounted. Real pleased with the fit up of the light and the gauges.
